Q: How long do you guarantee light-fast sticker products will last in the field?
A: Most of our customers report that our sticker products last up to 12 months plus, but we cannot offer a specific guarantee period because performance depends on a number of variables, including:
Q: What substrates do you print on?
A: Any type of synthetic substrates such as PVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate and Synthetic Paper.
Q: If I need to print on a substrate, what is the most environmentally responsible choice?
A: Polypropylene, because the product we use is non-toxic, completely safe and 100% recyclable; it contains no plasticizers, chlorine, cadmium, lead or other heavy metals and has no leachable components. It also conforms to AS 2070 plastic part 5, suitable for food contact.
Q: What is Lenticular printing?
A: Lenticular printing is a technology that uses a Lenticular lens to create images that flip, images with an illusion of depth (3D) or images that morph from one to another.
Q: What is In-Mould Labelling (IML)?
A: Herrod provides printed labels for IML, a process by which an injection-moulded, blow-moulded or thermoformed product is produced with the label in its final mould. The special surface properties of the IML film result in a permanent bond with the product.
